The property valuation process usually takes two steps:

  Step #1:  When you call Rome to ask for help marketing your property he will schedule an appointment to review the features & condition of your property.  Within 48 hours of your call he’ll have a package delivered to your door with information about the entire process. 

  After a thorough inspection of your property Rome will prepare an extensive value analysis & an evaluation of the property’s condition with an emphasis on improving the value of your property at a minimal expense.   He will then schedule an appointment to review that analysis with you.

  Step #2:  After the analysis is complete Rome will review his professional background as well as every aspect of the marketing process with you.  If you are also purchasing a home, Rome will spend time discussing the coordination of these two complex transactions.

  Together you will develop an effective, aggressive marketing plan. Rome will execute that plan with your help & guidance.  He will discuss your progress on a regular, pre-scheduled basis. You will meet with him in person to review the results in detail.

  Rome will discuss negotiating strategies with you prior to the presentation of an offer. You will, once again, determine your emphasis & direction. Rome will negotiate aggressively on your behalf.

  From evaluating the value of your property to preparing your property for presentation Rome will discuss all the details & options. He will supply you with an enormous amount of market research & background.  He will give you his very best advice about how to maximize the value of your property & which direction to go in.  Ultimately, you will make the decisions & Rome will execute your decisions.

Getting the best price for your current home involves helping you to understand changing market conditions; consulting with you on how to prepare your property for the market; and working with you on a solid marketing plan.
